The Genetic Counseling Program Assistant provides education for patients of the clinic, coordinates counseling and testing for patients and documents personal and family history with supervision from the Genetic and other certified Genetic Counselors. Assists with clinic flow; coordinates genetic counseling visits, walk-in clinic, and sample collection. Escorts patients to laboratory for blood draw and/or facilitates saliva collection for genetic testing.
