The Packaging Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and leading daily activities on the pharmaceutical packaging floor to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. This role includes planning, scheduling, overseeing equipment setup and operation, and providing guidance and training to packaging team members. The Packaging Team Leader also steps into a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Packaging Supervisor.
