About this opportunity

The Patient Placement Coordinator’s primary purpose is to effectively and efficiently monitor the placement of patients from multiple portals or admission and communicates with clinical staff. This position will work collaboratively and cooperatively with clinical staff to create a safe environment for critical thinking and productive strategic thinking. They will actively participate in organizational improvement processes impacting patient placement and throughput.
