The Program Manager leads assigned customer programs from RFQ into initial award and through development, launch and post-launch stabilization; ensuring achievement of timing, cost, quality, technical, and customer satisfaction objectives. The Program Manager coordinates the cross-functional program team, maintains the integrated program plan, manages risks, issues, changes, and serves as the primary internal program interface with the customer.
