The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for successful development and execution of the Black Box Quality Management System (QMS) on the shop floor to ensure the project is constructed in accordance to industry and customer standards. The QA Specialist directly engages, supports, and coaches the field staff to promote understanding of ‘what good looks like’ to effectively drive the Right First Time strategy.
