In collaboration with Nursing Directors, Referring Physicians, and Nursing Units, the individual in the position is responsible for the coordination of WOCN outpatient clinic and Providence Portland Medical Center inpatient nursing units. The position will assist WOCN team in triaging patient consults, collaborate on the daily patient assignments and follow up, and be of assistance in complex cases.
