The Senior Mental Health Counselor is responsible for providing counseling, education and case management to clients as a member of a multidisciplinary Palliative Care team. Additionally, this role is assigned additional leadership and mentoring duties to support and to promote growth and increased quality for clients and other Caregivers. Assists leadership in the develop and maintenance of program processes and group curriculum.
