About this opportunity

Provide therapy services to children birth to 36 months of age in their natural environment which includes their home and or community. We use a family-centered model that includes the parent or guardian as an important member of the child's team to achieve goals developed together. This position is home-based and requires reliable transportation means. Specific operational priorities are identified in the annual Organization's Operational Work Plan.
