Under direct supervision of the Respiratory Care supervisor and the shift Lead/Charge Therapist, the Student Respiratory Care Therapist provides respiratory pharmacologic, diagnostic, and therapeutic modalities to all age groups as defined by each Student Ohio Respiratory Care Permit. The Student Respiratory Care Therapist provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal outcomes.
