Retention Specialist

About this opportunity

Maintains regular contact with all customers on a monthly basis for 12 months after customer successfully completes and exits program due to employment to assess employment status and job satisfaction, and identifies potential problems that could be remedied with supportive services and/or career counseling. Monitors customer progress and/or regress to provide appropriate follow up services with the overall goal of job placement.
