Position Overview We are seeking a certified Texas Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B) to serve as a Care Coordinator supporting our Start of Care Operations Team. This unique community-based role supports home health operations by conducting drive-by visits in order to locate patients who are unreachable by phone. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, self-directed professional comfortable working independently in the field.
