Under general direction and supervision of the Assistant Director, the Catering Manager is responsible for the planning, on site execution and clean-up of university catering events to include retail and residential special events and concessions. The Catering Manager will be responsible for scheduling, training and supervising all catering staff, the catering supervisor and student employees, to effectively support service standards and operations.
