Operations Manager, Production SHIFT: Sunday - Wednesday (3:00pm - 2:00am) OR Wednesday - Saturday (3:00pm - 2:00am) Job Description: The Operations Manager drives the culture & leads the daily activities for a high-volume prep, cook and plating production kitchen and fulfillment center. You will work directly with our Associate Director of Operations to be in charge of building out & leading the operational road map for our production and fulfillment center.
