We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Strategy Manager to join our New Concepts team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies for finished goods — from initial product concept through supplier selection, commercialization, and in-market performance. You will lead the sourcing of third-party manufactured products, owning the full lifecycle from co-manufacturer qualification to supplier portfolio governance.
