GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION The Health Care Pathway Specialist supports student success by managing the Health Sciences student pathway from initial interest through admission into limited enrollment programs. This position coordinates pathway transitions, monitors student progress, facilitates student engagement initiatives, and provides proactive outreach to promote persistence and successful progression into Health Sciences programs.
