Job Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities Cleaning and sanitizing topping, sauce and bakery equipment as required. Operating cleaning equipment such as the tote washer, floor scrubber and high-pressure cleaning devices. Disassemble / Reassemble processing equipment in a timely manner. Ensuring equipment passes pre-operating inspections and re- cleans as needed. Disposal of topping, sauce, and bakery waste.
