Before a school project goes out to bid, somebody has to look hard at the drawings and find the problems now, while they are cheap to fix, instead of later, when they turn into a change order. That is this job. You support the Design Manager and the Owner's Authorized Representative during design and pre-construction. You help define the project's scope and schedule, including any temporary housing the project needs while it is underway.
