Job Summary Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, direct and coordinate the training and development activities for exempt and/or non-exempt employees. Ensure applicable, consistent and timely training and provide on-boarding support to new employees as well as on-going, advanced development for existing employees. Lead and/or manage training team to ensure consistency in delivery of our training and development programs.
