Job Description Summary We are seeking a Clinical Training & Development Specialist / Staff Development Coordinator to support the onboarding, orientation, education, and quality improvement efforts of our Home Health team. In this role, you will help coordinate new employee orientation, partner with preceptors and clinical leadership to monitor orientee progress, and support staff education related to documentation, compliance, and quality standards.
