Location: Hybrid 4 days in office, open to Baltimore, Chicago, Wilmington, DE and Minneapolis. Overview: Negotiates transaction deal documents and facilitates deal closings in a timely manner for smaller and mid-tier Global Capital Markets (GCM) clients. Primary Responsibilities: Negotiate and close transactions in which Wilmington Trust serves in a Trustee capacity as well as other complementary roles and products.
