Intake Evaluator Case Therapist Northwestern Medicine Location: Winfield, Central DuPage Hospital, Behavioral Health Services Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM Responsible for assessing patients for all levels of mental health and substance use concerns. Assessments will occur in outpatient behavioral health setting, emergency department and medical/surgical units.
