Casual Employment: This is an as-needed position with flexible scheduling and no guaranteed hours. Shifts are assigned based on department staffing needs. Availability is needed to cover a variety of shifts and days, including weekdays and weekends. Mobile Crisis Response Teams (MCRT) are community-based services that dispatch mental health professionals to safely de-escalate behavioral health crises on-site.
