The primary objectives of the Field Engineering (FE) Department within M/D Totco are to provide feedback during the new product development (NPD) cycle, perform quality assessments on products, and ensure a sufficient support structure exists before the commercial release. These individuals also serve as a conduit for communicating issues & feedback from Operations to Product and Engineering teams.
