Principal Duties And Responsibilities Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance Perform maintenance of electrical systems Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts when necessary Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors. Gathers and empties trash. Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.
