Job Description: Overview: This position oversees and manages land surveying projects of varying complexity while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coordinate activities of field and office staff assigned to complex land surveying projects. Collaborate with engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Mentor and provide technical guidance to Survey Technicians and SITs.
