ABOUT THE ROLE ** This role will be eligible to participate in the monthly commission compensation plan ** As a Peloton Lead Expert, you are a full-time, top-performing sales professional and floor leader. Reporting to the Store Manager, you set the pace for the team in a high-energy, commission-driven environment. You excel at individual sales, lead generation, and CRM management, while also stepping up to coach peers in the Store Manager's absence.
