The Senior Admissions RN has the primary responsibility or coordinating admissions and bed placement for patients requiring admission. This includes admissions from all areas, including, but not excluding, emergency departments, direct admits, surgical spaces and transfers. Chart review and/or calls to clarify bed criteria will be performed to assure appropriate bed placement and coordination.
