THE ROLE As Production Manager, you will own the full production lifecycle — from master scheduling across our CNC machines, L-PBF 3D printers, and support equipment, to day-to-day execution of all released work orders. You will translate cross-functional priorities into capacity-aligned schedules, drive performance against meaningful metrics, and lead a team that executes with independence and pride. This is not a reactive, expedite-driven role.
