ABOUT THE TEAM The Rubrik corporate legal team is looking for an energetic and talented Corporate Counsel with a passion for working on corporate securities, transactions and compliance matters and driving business in a fast-paced in-house environment. This position reports to Rubrik’s Senior Director, Corporate Legal and is located in Rubrik’s HQ (Palo Alto). You will work 3 days a week in the office.
