The DC Trainer is responsible for facilitating classroom training and conducting on-the-job training (OJT) to Distribution Center employees. OJT includes teaching all aspects of distribution positions for all new hires, retraining and educating existing employees to improve processes and productivity, and working with staff to enhance job knowledge and skills.
