Job Description: Full-Time, 3rd Shift, 32 hours weekly ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provides crisis, suicide and homicide intervention counseling over the telephone to callers needing emergency/crisis assistance, identifies and suggests appropriate organizations and service providers to meet callers' needs, and monitors status of callers' situations through case follow-up.
