Position Title: Golf Call Center Agent Job Description: Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf administraiton staff with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required. Typical Duties: Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers. Checks customers in for simulator bookings. Completes point-of-sale transactions for simulator rentals. Assures golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.
