Key Responsibilities Process and manage incoming vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency. Retrieve electronic documents and invoices from various vendor portals and systems. Address day-to-day accounts payable inquiries and research requests, including responding to interdepartmental questions regarding policies and documentation requirements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
