Position Purpose: The Building Components Production Associate is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate manufacturing of roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels according to engineered specifications, production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements. This position supports all aspects of building component production, including material handling, component assembly, equipment operation, quality inspections, and workplace organization.
