About the role Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels. You'll own our strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging channels. This is a build role. You'll decide where we invest, what we test, and how we measure success while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics to turn new channels into repeatable sources of pipeline.
