The position of College/Business Mentorship Researcher will be responsible for the research of mentorship models across college school settings that are directly related to best business practices. The researcher will also identify best practices amongst mentors. The College/Business Mentorship Researcher will also be responsible for researching common mistakes in mentoring and ensuring that the purpose of the organization’s mentorship program is facilitated sufficiently.
