The Mentor’s primary goal is to build a strong mentoring relationship with his/her mentee through personal and professional support, guidance, counseling, and encouragement. The Mentor serves as a role model for mentees, and helps motivate and coach his/her mentee throughout the duration of the eight-year mentoring program.
