The Role As a manager at Rips By Triumph, you'll lead a shift team of Operations Associates at our fast-growing graded trading card business. You'll own the operational quality of every card that moves through us, from receipt through shipment, and the team that handles it. You'll set the pace and the standard for your shift. You'll delegate tasks, manage scheduling, and serve as the exclusive handler of our highest-value inventory.
