Job Details: $19.25/hr with a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd Shift Responsibilities: Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations. Ensure compliance with USDA, production, and HACCP requirements. Monitor shoulder cuts, debone mechanical issues, and meat supply. Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance. Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism. Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping.
