We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the M Physician’s Memory Care team. This is an outpatient role and will be practiced at the M Physician’s St. Louis Park location. Practice Details: Conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments, including history-taking, neurological exams, and validated screening tools. Develop and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with your Memory Care neurologists and others on the treatment team.
