POSITION SUMMARY: To perform billing and collections’ functions to include preparing accounts, verifying insurance, billing, and follow-up billing activities on delinquent accounts to maximize collection of accounts; minimize bad debt; and reduce/maintain the Agency’s accounts receivables at acceptable levels. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical terminology required. EXPERIENCE: ICD-9 and CPT coding experience preferred.
