PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for supervising employees and daily operations in feed mill. Responsible for training employees, scheduling feed mill activities, ordering ingredients and supplies, conducting housekeeping audits and conducting safety meetings. Also responsible for compliance with all company policies, FSMA regulations, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. Responsible for reviewing daily production activities.
