PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for operating fork lift equipment, setting up debone area, and transporting finished product. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Responsible for setting up the debone area with coolant, tubs and the transportation of combos.
