Delete your TUNAI account
Your twin, and everything it holds, erased for good.
Deleting your account removes, permanently and irreversibly:
- Your twin: its memory, lessons, decisions, and everything it wrote for you
- Everything it sensed: notifications, calendar entries, messages it read
- Your missions, watches, routines, briefings, and library
- Your account itself, including your sign-in
A minimal record that a deletion happened is kept, because a deletion that can itself be deleted is not accountable. Details are in the privacy policy.
Your subscription is billed by Google Play and is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, before or after deleting. Otherwise Google will keep charging you for an account that no longer exists.
Fastest way: from the app
If you still have the app installed, deletion is immediate there because you can prove it is you on the spot: sign in, then contact us from your account, or export your data first from Settings.
From here, without the app
Tell us the email address you signed in with. We will write to that address to confirm the request really comes from its owner, then erase the account. Confirmation protects you: without it, anyone who knew your email could destroy your twin. Erasure completes within 30 days of your confirmation, almost always much sooner.
