About this opportunity

As a Customer Support Representative you will respond to calls and emails from our Aristocrat Service line and create as well as allocate service jobs to the Service Technicians nationwide. What You'll Do You will also be responsible for updating and monitoring all field service jobs in Salesforce, providing Key Metric reports for Customers, and monitoring our call system.
