About this opportunity

Your function: As Legal Counsel, you will be expected to provide professional legal services primarily for Australia, and for New Zealand and Singapore on as needed basis. This role will have broad exposure to different areas of the business, including healthcare, technologies, and food and agriculture. The Legal Counsel will be generally expected to perform the following functions: Negotiating and drafting of documentation in respect of local vendor agreements.
