About this opportunity

About the role You will lead the engineering function within the All the Ads team, part of SEEK's Pricing and Performance group. You will design and deliver AI/ML systems, data assets, and pipelines that help SEEK better understand hirers and job ads at scale. You will collaborate with data scientists and AI product managers across three problem domains, managing a team of engineers while driving technical excellence and rapid delivery.
