About this opportunity

As a Reward Manager, you'll support the delivery of TPG Telecom's remuneration and reward programs, helping ensure our people are rewarded fairly, competitively and consistently. Working closely with leaders and People Experience stakeholders, you'll play a key role in annual salary review activities, reward reporting, market benchmarking and ongoing process improvements.
