About this opportunity

What success looks like in this role: Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices. Perform basic installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IT equipment. Support IMAC activities (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) across client environments. Assist with network, server, device, and application testing activities. Ensure timely resolution of service requests while meeting SLA commitments.
