About this opportunity

Position Description: Reporting to the Manager, Data Operations, the full-time contract Data Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of data for Canada’s 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline. The Data Analyst will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, operational teams, and external partners to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and translated into meaningful insights.
